  • Terms & Conditions: 

    Effective Date: 5 June 2025 

    1. Scope of Service 

    After 5 Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services including general cleaning, deep cleans, end of tenancy, and post-construction cleaning. 

    2. Booking & Payment 

    Bookings must be confirmed via Email or via our Website. Payments are due upfront to confirm your booking. We accept bank transfers and card payments. 

    3. Cancellations 

    Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Late cancellations may incur a fee of £90. 

    4. Access 

    Clients are responsible for providing safe and legal access to the property. We are not liable for delays caused by inability to access. 

    5. Liability 

    While we take care in all services, After 5 Cleaning is not responsible for damage caused by faulty fixtures or pre-existing issues. 

    6. Re-attendance Policy 

    Re-cleans must be requested within ten (10) days of the service date to be eligible under our

    reattendance guarantee.
